You have several options for printing apart from using your home printer. These include taking your edited files on a portable memory stick or emailing them to your chosen print bureau where you should be offered a choice of card and paper stock.
We recommend a minimum card weight of 110 lbs if possible, and would recommend high white card for our illustrated designs to make the colors work well, especially the faux gold & silver effect.
My shop has partnered with Prints of Love in the US to offer fast, high quality yet affordable printing on matte, gloss or linen stock. (Plus free 2-3 day U.S. shipping and free envelopes!) Download your edited designs as jpg's WITH bleed, then you can upload them to the Prints Of Love browser app from your desktop.
Simply follow this link: Prints Of Love to select your print options. They handle the rest!
They add the following tips...
Do not include crop marks in your artwork. Always submit your artwork at trim size + bleed. An example of bleed setup for a 4″ x 6″ postcard would be 4.125″ x 6.125″.
Each side of your artwork must be a separate jpg file. Do not put both front and back in the same file. Download them from the template app as separate jpg's.
Other suitable print shops include Staples and Walgreens.
